We have all been asked to sit in a deeper way in our body and soul this past year. What has emerged, what has been confronted and what continues to emerge and to be confronted? How do we dance from this profound perspective we have been given? Through yin yoga poses, developmental movement patterning and moving reflections, we will connect in with ourselves and with others to soften into our hearts and discover what we carry as we move forward in this world.
