Sept. 29 to Oct. 2, 2020 | 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Mon.-Fri.)
Open to artists of all disciplines /  In English
Capacity: 12 people

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Confronting our limiting habitual patterns and reclaiming the sense of choice in both thought and action through the lens of the Feldenkrais Method.

In this workshop we will expose the limiting habitual ways that form the foundations of both our unconscious movement patterns as well as our unconscious thinking patterns and how this impacts the ways in which we relate to the world. Through guided, gentle movement explorations and games of observation, this workshop will reveal our intricate tendencies and offer us new possibilities through which we can reclaim freedom of choice in both our thinking and our action.
