29th Annual Polar Plunge Has Gone VIRTUAL

Supporting Campbellford Memorial Hospital

Please Note: The Polar Plunge for CMH is now a Virtual Event with Plungers doing their own thing between now and March 7th!

With COVID-19 restrictions still in effect and a commitment to the safety of our plungers and the Trent Hills community, this year’s plunge is being changes to VIRTUAL.

Over the years the community of Trent Hills and beyond has supported the Polar Plunge. Participants, and ultimately donors have contributed to the hospital by pledging brave and committed plungers. This year the commitment remains the same, only the format has changed.

Anytime between now and March 7th, you can take part in a virtual plunge.

 Here’s what to do:

· Register for the plunge on this site

· Plunge anytime now until March 7, 2021 from the comfort of your home.

· Following your virtual plunge, send a picture or video to polarplungecmh@gmail.com so it can be posted on our Facebook page Polar Plunge Campbellford Hospital Auxiliary

· Post your plunge pictures on social media using #plungeforCMH

Here are some ways to Plunge safely:

· Make a snow angel

· Run through a sprinkler

· Fill a small pool or tub with water and ice

 · Dump a bucket of ice water over your head

· Jump in a snow bank

· The possibilities are endless

You can VIRTUALLY plunge, pledge or participate in this fun community event.

Register today and start collecting pledges from your friends and family!

A little chill for a lot of goodwill!
